  1. Mavelii shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Mavelii shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and the customer\u00a0has been charged.<\/li>
  2. Customers shall be entitled to cancel an order of any product within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation of the order can be done by writing to support@mavelii.com<\/a> with a request for cancellation.\u00a0<\/li>
  3. In case the product is found damaged in packaging after delivery of the same and\/or the wrong product is shipped, the customer\u00a0can request for return\/replacement of the product any time but not later than\u00a03 days from the day of delivery of the product.<\/li>
  4. The Customer needs to follow the process defined below for return\/replacement:
    1. Send an email to\u00a0support@mavelii.com <\/a>seeking for return\/replacement of the products under the 2 circumstances mentioned above.<\/li>
    2. The product will be returned\/replaced at the cost of the company. The customer will have to ensure that the product is returned in the condition as received. Packets once opened cannot be exchanged\/returned.<\/li>
    3. All free gifts, in original packing as delivered and unused condition, must be returned along with the product in case of exchange\/return of order of the product with which the free gift(s) is\/are given.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    4. In the event of cancellation\/return of order for the reasons mentioned as per our Cancellation & Return policy, Mavelii (India) shall\u00a0refund the payment in the same mode the customer has paid.<\/li>
    5. The\u00a0refund will be initiated\u00a0and processed within a period of 10 to 15 business days post date of order cancellation\/return<\/li>
